R. Magliozzi Companies has been in the business of General Contracting since 1992. In that time we have successfully built and managed both public and private construction projects in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Florida.

R. Magliozzi has also, in addition to building projects (vertical construction) has successfully completed and managed numerous heavy civil and infrastructure projects in varying capacity, including work on multiple projects at any given time, most of which were multi phased, fast track and with a very aggressive completion schedule, our continued success is derived from knowledge, cost control and commitment.

Additionally R. Magliozzi has provided both general contracting services as well as construction management services both as a consultant and at risk. We have successfully aided and worked with large surety companies in the take over and completion of both public and private projects varying in size from $1,000,000.00 to $20,000,000.00.

With all of that behind us, we are also in the market of heavy equipment rentals, and bulk materials procurement and sales. This area of the industry is very competitive and demanding, we have reached an unprecedented success with this division through our strong financial position, credit and buying power, grouped with our bisiness partners and unlimited resources in the industry.
